DB V8 copy to DB V5/6

Hi all,just to verify, does Lotus Dominno DB V8 can be add in Lotus Domino V5/V6?

if cant, what should i do to make sure it can be access.

Create a copy of DB using LN 8 client and give .ns5 as extension. It should open with LN Client v5/v6, but you need to take care if the database uses some design elements/ formulae/ LS Methods, which are introduced in v8 and not available on v5/v6.

Hi Vinit Tyagi , thanks for your respond.

So that means, just create a copy with *.ns5 in Domino 8 server and paste it in Domino v5/v6 server.

After that all other Lotus notes client v5/6 able to view it.
