Db postopen not executed

Hello,

from an external application users create new memos by calling “notes://host/database/memo?OpenForm”.

Everything seems to work fine …

If necessary the notes client will launch but the postopen-event of the database will NOT be triggered.

I don’t know: it’s a bug or a feature ?

not a bug or a feature, that’s just the way it works. PostOpen can also be circumvented by right mouse click on the db icon then choose Database > Go to … , choose a view or folder and when it opens the db’s PostOpen does not fire.
