DB and template setting auto checks OFF!

Hi All! I check ON the “dont allow url open” settings of some system databases ( also templates) but next day it becomes checked OFF !!! Why and how can I disable the system databases from web ???

Check out the below article. It talks about which properties inherit from templates, etc. The “Don’t Allow URL Open” checkbox is among the list.
