I have a form all yours fields are validates and have data,after this “solicitud” begin the process and in any moment while your flow is step by step any datas are delete

Check the Document properties and see if all fields are listed there with correct data. If all data is there in the document correctly then check the Form design. Check if the fields are hidden in read/edit mode, or if there are any hide/when conditions.
Are you using a web based application or Notes client?

In fact, your data is not getting deleted. I could be just that they get hidden. As the Form used for creating data is web based its design may not always work correctly in Notes client.
Do you find the field values for all fields in Document Properties dialog box (in Notes client) for that particular document?

Just so that I am sure, did you check document properties dialog box, or opened the document directly in Notes in a form?
