Database taking too long to open

Hi,

I am opening a database which takes too long to open. It was fine until 2 days before. This database opens to a private view. Any idea what could be causing this issue? It takes around 6 min to open the database.

well what changed 2 days ago? Lots of docs added? Agent modified a bunch of docs? Design changed? Did your name change? Was your Notes ID updated in any way? Default view could be corrupt. Try running fixup? Updall? Does this happen for everyone or just you?

Thx paul for your response. Nothing changed from design side. Around 25000 docs are added. No name change, no notes ID update. Default view recreated. Run fixup, updall and compact. Still no change as usual it takes around 5 min to open. It happens to everyone and only for this db on this server. Other db’s on this server are fine. No code execution while opening the databse. Any thoughts?
