I have one user, who has one database set as homepage, as does everyone, no problem. However, this one users gets mailfile opening automatically as well, not what we want.Anyone ever seen this, know how to control it?

Does your user start notes by using the email-link from the xp-startmenu (or a copy of this link)? When notes is started as standard email application it offers the email functionality by opening up the mail-file.
