I have extracted a lotus database given to me by a third party (or rather imported using Access tools) into Access 2007. The .nsf file was 542Mb in size but my access database is only 25Mb. It appears that the data has come across but does this indicate that there were documents or other objects stored within the lotus database that did not get extracted?

Could be the .nsf just needs to be compacted and it will compact down to a more expected size… Can you just open the .nsf and see the number of documents and compare that to the number of documents you ended up with in destination?
