Database seems to be locked

I cant open a specific database, and also having pending mails to it

Nothing in tasks, any idea how can I unlock it ?

Here´s the error message
Last error: This database is currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be accessed at this time. In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a Domino Server by all users of the database.

Sorry to not update this before

The issue was not resolved after the HF deploy, we had some days without any problems, but then they started to arrise

Big discussion now is being taken in place between IBM and Trend

Still nothing, we are running a specific hf with some debugs to collect data, but still no news

Finally we got this issue fixed, after many debug, we found out that the issue was with Trend Scanmail, so Trend launched a HF (3363) to fix this with Domio 9.0.1

JPAI9DTJSM: Very intermittently database on Domino Server becomes unexpectedly locked and can not be opened

I’ve only seen this on Windows and we’ve been trying to debug for a while…

Reboot should clear things up for you as a work around, but it should never get into this state…

Any updates about that problem ?? I got the same with ScanMail For Domino on Linux.
