Hello,I am looking to log certain events within a existing database. I want to log edits or deletions including the date and user and data from certain fields to a view with in an existing databse.
Is this possible?

Yep, sure is. Look at the NotesLog class in LS.
There is also an version of the log4j utility witten in LS on openntf.org which is free I believe. never used it myself but reviews seem positive.
