i have send a .nsf database file to a user by lotus notes client.The user open it on their workspace. When he click on this the error occur- The database is locally incrypted.
I have alraedy been check all setting for locally incryption and disable it but everytime same error occur.

Create a new copy of the database and in the window that appears, choose to disable local encryption.

In the 8x new databases are encrypted if created locally. You must deselect encryption at time of creation. To remove encryption from a database toggle the encryption setting to none and then compact the database to actually remove it. You of course need to do this with the id that originally encrypted it.
