Database is corrupted

Hie. Can somebody help me with this problem. Few of my end users are having this problem. Whenever they want to clear emails in trash, corrupted database message will appear. It says something about not enough space allocated or something like that. Please help. Much thanx

Can you post the exact error message? Do you use a quota? Do you enforce it? Your admin may need to run a ‘compact -B’ on the mail sub-directory in order to achieve more free space.

Is the disk with Domino on it near capacity?

Here’s the exact message:

Unable to load frame’s content: Database is corrupt-Cannot allocate space.

Pls help

try to run fixup, compact and updall on the database.

Hi,

After runing all this Fixup, updall and compact if problem is still there , please replace the template of the database.

Use Fixup -F parameter.

For me sometimes removing & then adding database icon helps or pressing CTRL+Shift+F9
