Database is corrupt cannot allocate space

I have a problem with a specific mail database.It often get corrupt and I have to do this procedure; http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21201020 After 1 week, maybe some days I got the problem again. Why?

Is this database receiving mails from another proxy SMTP or something? Have you ever replaced the design or create a new one?

When does this happen usually? Is there something particular with this user? (uses Blackberry, roaming, etc)

the mailbox is forwarding all mail to a gmail address.
