We have a mobile user using a laptop and she is hitting a problem that we can’t produce anywhere else and she appears to have all the required databases in her workspace that are being used. Does anyone know where I can find out more about this error message so I can hunt down what is causing the error?

There are two options.
She have not enough ACL to open this database, or
There is a problem with the desktop on the laptop. Try to compact the desktop, or delete cache.
