Is there a way to create a daily report on a count of the emails for a particular database. Counting emails within database would not help me, because it is a shared database and people have access deleting emails within that database.

My mail tracking is enabled and i also enabled “reports.nsf” database. But when i try to run a report against a database it seems like it doesn’t see emails that come from outside. So it counts all emails within a domain but not outside. Any ideas?

You can also set up in the reports DB a Daily agent …
This is a “Message Volume Summary” report and can be emails to you. This does require the mt store to be used and correct etc.
