A user’s mail database does not appear in the list when viewing from Lotus Notes Administrator, BUT, the file does exist when viewing from the Windows 2003 file system. I haven’t seen anything like this before. I cannot find any clues in the log.nsf. Any help would be appreciated!
Subject: Database appears to be missing - but not in the server file system
I have tried to do a File-Open Database and browse to the actual file name and get a “File does not exist” error

Is the file extension correct? if you copy the file locally to your WS can you open it in the client?
