Hi FolksI have problem.Hope you will solve that problem.I have two notes database(profile.nsf and marketing.nsf).I have a form in profile database where we input the details profile of the user(name,dept,address…) and have a view(vwProfile) in the profile database where all the informations shows.My problem is i want the same view in marketing database.If we add some new user in profile database,it also reflect in marketing database.how it is possible.Pls help me and suggest me step by step what i will do.

Hi… Am a novice.Do you want to display the view from profile.nsf in marketing.nsf?
Or do you want another view to be created in marketing.nsf means create the copy of profile document in marketing.nsf also?
For first case… U can display the view by using outlines…
Create a outline entry in marketing.nsf and specify the profile view in profile.nsf.
Content : named element > Type : View
Value : <click the folder icon and select database : "profile.nsf" and select the profile view>
NOw the outline in marketing.nsf would point you to the profile view… By this u can display the profile view in marketing.nsf…
