Hi. Can you help
I’ve got some data in Excel which is in the format of a single row per member of staff and includes start date and end date columns. In some instances the end date will be the same as the start date but in some instances it will be different. There are also some instances where there are 2 or more rows per member of staff, but with different dates.
I need this converted so that there is one row per employee per date between their start and end dates. For example, take a look at the ORIGINAL DATA and CONVERTED DATA examples:
ORIGINAL DATA
Staff Number Start Date End Date
000001 22/11/2006 23/11/2006
000002 08/11/2006 08/11/2006
000003 27/11/2006 27/11/2006
000004 27/11/2006 27/11/2006
000004 07/11/2006 07/11/2006
000004 21/11/2006 23/11/2006
CONVERTED DATA:
Staff Number Date
000001 22/11/2006
000001 23/11/2006
000002 08/11/2006
000003 27/11/2006
000004 27/11/2006
000004 07/11/2006
000004 21/11/2006
000004 22/11/2006
000004 23/11/2006
Is there a simple VB script or LotusScript that can do this
Thanks in advance
