DAOS size query

Hi , Is there any way to find out the exact size of the document in a DAOS enabled database. I have created a document with a 10 Mb attachment. The attachment is stored in DAOS store. here even if the attachment is stored in the DAOS store, the documnet size in the database is showing as 10 Mb( ie it includes the attachment size). If we see the database details in Admin client, we have the logical and physical sizes and there we can find the difference in the sizes. But when you see the document properties or database properties, the attachment size also included in that…

can any one have an idea on this please?

There is currently no way to see the DAOS attributes of a document or a specific attachment from that API or from a Notes client. The Admin client is the only place you can currently get an indication of how much data is stored in DAOS for a particular NSF.

Providing that information is something we have considered. I’d suggest submitting an enhancement request to have that functionality added.
