Hello,
I was running DAMO 8.0.2 with Outlook 2007 SP1 and that was working ok until this weekend. Our building had no power and my PC shutdown. When it came back up, Outlook took most of the morning to sync back the emails.
I decided to upgrade to install Interim Fix 5 (Jun 25 2009) along with SP2.
This combination seems to be much quicker at synching (maybe because I recreated my profile), but since this morning I’ve had two emails that just have blank bodies in Outlook but look ok in Notes.
The subject line is there, but there’s no body.
Any ideas?

Subject: Please open a PMR with support…
…they’ll want an empty db with copies of a few of those messages.Since you have both a Notes client and a DAMO client, what happens if you edit one of these messages in your Notes inbox and let the change replicate down to your DAMO client?

Thanks for your message. I don’t know what a PMR is or how to raise it. Any guidance would be appreciated.
I just edited one of those messages in Notes, and it replicates back to Outlook with the original text and the edit applied to it.

Subject: uninstall/reinstall fixes problem
I uninstalled DAMO and reinstalled IF5, and it’s at least as good as it used to be, before I started tinkering.
Subject: quite painful
Been 5 days now and still have the issue. About 20% of my emails appear blank.
Any help would be much appreciated.
