DAMO - Windows 7 - Outlook 2007

Hi

Has anybody had any success with installing DAMO (latest version) on Windows 7 (RC) running Outlook 2007 SP2?

Everytime I try to start Outlook (after successful installation of DAMO) I get the following error message:

“This database is currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be accessed at this time. In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a Domino Server by all the users of the database.”

This happens all multiple (all) computers running this config.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

DAMO 8.02 Interim Fix 4 fixes this problem. I had exactly the same problem and the fix 4 sorted it out for me.

Subject: Build 7600 got the same problem

I´m using Windows 7 Build 7600 and DAMO 8.0.2 Interim Fix 4. I got the same problem “This database is in use by another user, process…”.Any ideas?

Subject: Windows 7 RTM and DAMO… not friends?

Hello people,

Windows 7 RTM is away and running. Does somebody getting DAMO working on that? If so, how? Interim Fix 4 doesn´t work for me. I´m still getting an error message as said here.

Got an info from IBM that this problem is solved on DAMO Interim Fix 5. The problem is where to get it? Tried via support central site but in there there´s only Interim Fix 4.

You have to contact Lotus support directly to get the fix. As far as I know it is not available through direct download.

I am also trying to get access to this fix pack, can someone provide the method for downloading from fixcentral ? i am having trouble doing this.

One and all,

There is no site to download fix 5. In every cases you have to contact with local IBM Customer Support to get it.

Hi, I’ve damo 8.0.2, Windows7 and Office2007, but when I create my new Mapi profile (with correct file.id and password) I get a Lotus Notes error and the window closes.Thanks to all
