As far as changing how the address looks, my assumption is that you’d like to dispay common names vs. canonical? If not, please post an example of what you’re seeing vs. what you’d like to see.

We do not currently have a way to customize your address preferences, but are interested in hearing what you’d like for a future release.

I would like to display another name (not common name). For example: My Common Name is “JohnChan”, but I would like the display name to be “John Peter Chan”. In Notes client, I can change the location document, but in DAMO, it seems nowhere to change.

DAMO 6.5.4 will be available soon, and in the meantime, you can post a reply to this thread -------> and we’ll sign you up.

It sounds like you’re looking for Alternate Name support. If you’ve configured an Alternate Name in your Person doc and would like it to be displayed in DAMO, this functionality is not currently available.

We are targetting it for 6.5.5.

RE: DAMO 6.5.4 beta Only one address book is available offline even if mutipule address books are actually download to the DAMO folder. (For example: Address book names.nsf, names2.nsf, names3.nsf are found in C:\Program Files\DominoForOutlook\user_Notes Server_names.nsf, user_Notes Server_names2.nst, user_Notes Server_names3.nsf)

That’s correct. Offline Address Book is configurable for one address book. We will log your request as a feature enhancement.
