DAMO & ID File Box

We are testing DAMO for the Outlook users. We are encountering some issues with setting up DAMO. e.g. after entering the name and server IP, it cannot locate the userID even though it is in the person document. This forces the ID file dialog box… OK for a couple machines but what about 10K?!? We don’t want users to go through this step. The upgrade to Outlook would be pushed using Altiris. Any way to automate this process? …and why wouldn’t it find an ID? The other strange message was “Error configuring Domino address book service”.

Make sure that those people belong to a group with read access to names.nsf.

Thanks… the ID files were not in the address book.
