I have been unable to successfully install the DAMO 6.5.4 Beta as multi-user (Windows XP & Outlook 2003)
Here’s what I did:
a. I installed the DAMO 6.5.4 on a windows xp machine. (No previous version of DAMO was installed).
b. I go through the initial setup fine for the user to setup a MAPI profile. Designated the User’s data directory.
c. Setup is complete and I restart the machine.
d. I open Outlook 2003, and I get the popup that says,
“Initial setup in progress. Please do not shut down Outlook. This message will be removed when setup is complete”
This message box does not go away. It seems to hang somewhere and stays indefinitely.
As a test, I uninstalled the 6.5.4 Beta and installed the 6.5.3 DAMO. This one worked fine.
Any reason why the multiuser is not working??
