Dail phone from Lotus Notes with 3Com NBX 100 Phone System

Code for dialing phone works with modem in PC connected to phone.I know that TAPI is used to dial phone.I need to integrate this with 3Com NBX 100 Phone System.How this can be acheived.Please help.
