How to configure a Directory Assistance document to use trusted for credential with a Microsoft Active Directory LDAP, Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for ur Quick response i have tried this but i cannot enable trusted for credential if SSL disabled in Directory assistance,here i cannot able to create SSL between Lotus Domino to Active Directory Server,
But i can access SSL ports 636,3269 from windows work station (Which is Domino installed).Please Help me
