Not sure the reason for this error dialog when open Mail application. It works well last week.This weekend, I mainly installed MS Office 2003.

Subject: Delete the following folders
Hi,
just figured out that deletion of the following folders seems enough:
…\Notes\Data\workspace.metadata.plugins\com.ibm.portal.app
…\Notes\Data\workspace.metadata.plugins\com.ibm.rcp.portal.app
Maybe it’s just one of the folders but it’s definitely better than deleting the whole workspace folder.

Subject: CWPCA8522E: Application did not get installed
Just had the problem myself with my local mailbox.
Finally deleting the workspace folder in the Notes Data folder solved it.
Don’t know which of the thousand files below the workspace folder caused the issue but after Notes took 5 minutes for the start-up I was able to open my local mailbox again.
