Customizing Out of office agent

Does anyone come across on customizing the out of office agent? I have a similar requirement from my user that needs to add some fields in it. But I cant find the form/subform that the out of office agent is using. This will be used by our customer service as a mail box and there will be more than one person whose going to use it and im planning to use the R6 mail template with minor customization for this purpose. Im planning to use roles and so I can set selected person that is only allowed the out of office message. Anybody knows where I can find this form/subform/or whatever is it?

Would you know where I can find this form?I cant see this from the form view using designer.

Then you’re not looking at a database that’s based on either the R5 or R6 mail templates.
