how can i set customized policies for various account? for example i’d like to limit attachment’s size for all user except Administrative Group, or i’d like to prevent anyone’s sending files .ppt except Marketing Group. can you help me? Thanks

That’s a massive area to cover, basically policies and OU’s. Look up both (OU=Organisational Units) in your administrator help file.
