Hi,
When we modify our Inbox on R6, by either using the customize view option or just by resizing the columns on the view, it doesn’t retain the settings. For some reason when we go into the Tools->Preferences option and change a color for the Sender Names when you okay it the columns revert back to their default settings.
Has anyone else has this and found a solution?

We have the same issue! Users have their columns customized to widths they prefer, and whenever they make a preference change to the colors for e-mail, the columns revert to the standard column widths.
I am going to open a support call to see if there is a solution that is not posted here. Will post back if I hear or see anything.

Make sure the database property “Restore as last viewed by user” is enabled (found on the Launch tab).
