Customize the text on on the hover box of the mail Quota

Can the message that appears on hovering the mouse can be customized? Change the word Quota to “Usage” and remove the “of ___ mg” statement on this box

Subject: There’s a Notes.ini setting

I’ve used this in Notes 8.5, should also work in Notes 8 I think

But, we need to replace the word ‘Quota’ located at top of the right corner of the hover box to a different word and remove the “of ___ mg” statement on the box.
