I saw this question a few times in the past with no answers - can I customize the Print Calendar view to show the colors I have customized in a Calendar view? I can’t find the design that matches what is shown in the Print Calendar Preview/Print. That view contains more column info, including appointment times, but doesn’t include the colors from the color columns.
I am using R6, but will soon be upgrading to R7. My calendar view is in a custom database for a group events calendar (not a mailbox). The colors are assigned to different subgroups, not the standard appointments vs meetings vs all day events. I added the forms needed to print to a document, but none of the events show up on the forms.
I am willing to go backwards to the R5 style CalPrint template IF I can use the color columns with it. Does anyone know if that will work?
