Customize mail85.ntf and pubnames.ntf

When we create a New Memo, while selecting the Addresses once we click on “To” link, we get a dialog box “Select Addresses”. If we want to customize this dialog box fields then it has to be done in which template.

I want to add a new entry as in drop-down box Show the List “By First Name” and “By Email Address” and same should reflect in the view.

What I have understood in the existing template pubnames.ntf the ($PeopleGroupsFlat) view is displayed for List “By name” option.

Also the s_CommonNamePicker form is in Forms85.ntf template… how to bring them all together

Please suggest.

Hi Ritesh,

As you may have noticed, most of iNotes UI is governed by Forms85.nsf. As you have found out, s_CommonNamePicker generates the UI in the address picker, but where to change depends on what you want to achieve.
