I have added custom mood stamps to the Notes mail template by modifying the DeliveryOptions subform. I’ve added the icons to the tmpSenderTag field and also the $Moods subform as required. The template was then deployed to all users. When composing an email, the users all see the mood stamps within the email (heading) but not in their inbox (view). I looked at the queryclose event of the subform and located the script which controls which view icon appears. I was told via another source that I needed to add these custom icons as image resources then reference them in the script by their image resource name (see below). However, the view does not show an icon when selecting one of the custom icons. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
