Custom Letterhead and avoiding the global template

I’ve created a custom letterhead which currently resides in my mail database. However, no one else can see it when they receive an email from me, unless they have it “installed” in their mail database as well. I don’t want to put it on the global mail template. In fact, I’d like people to see my letterhead, but would prefer if no one else can use it. So I don’t really want it to appear as an option for them.

Anyone have any ideas or options I can try? I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

If I create a memo stationery, it will use my custom letterhead, but recipients still cannot view it. If I create personal stationery, you can’t customize the letterhead. I can only insert graphics. Thanks for your response, any other suggestions??

Take the letterhead code/field out of your memo/reply forms and put in its place your custom graphic so it is sent with all your messages, and not just a reference to the letterhead logo.
