I have encountered a curious problem with printing multi-line views e.g. the Inbox.
If I open a mail file based on the Notes 8.5.1 mail template using the standard version, and do Print, View, only the first line of the Subject line is printed. Conversely, if I use the basic version, the print view correctly prints all the lines i.e. as it appears on the screen itself.
The problem didn’t seem to occur if I used Notes 8.5.1 to print the view of an Inbox based on a Notes 7 mail template.
Anyone else seen this? Is it a known issue? We have some pretty annoyed users who rely on paper printouts, so hopefully there’s a solution.
