Cryptographic key not found problem?

Hi,

I have a Laptop user that have the error: “Cryptographic key not found” when he try to send an internet emails.

This problem happen when he use the Home location but doesn’t happen ifhe switch to the office location.

Any idea why?

Could it be that the user is trying to sign mail intended for the Internet?

Hi,

I know that the Sign option is check. It’s also enable in the Global Policy.

Why does the user have this error when he is on local but not on the server? (The sign option is enable)

When using the different location documents is the user on different PC’s?

Or perhaps the Internet Certificate is stored in the Domino Directory. When the user is on the Home location there is no direct access to the Domino Directory and therefore no ability to sign outgoing mail.
