User1/ABC can access SERVER1/XYZ

all apps designed by User1/ABC can be scheduled-replicate onto SERVER1/XYZ
Assumptions are that

ABC and XYZ has different cert.id and

ABC and XYZ do not communicate through email

any safe copy can only be transferred through diskette and post
