Criterias for embedding view from other db?

Hi.

I am trying to embedd a view from another db into a form. My problem is that not all available db’s show up in the list.

Does anyone know what criterias must be fulfilled for db’s to show up in this list?

I have searched this forum but couldn’t find anything regarding this. I am sorry if it is a repeated question.

Bookmark the source database.

Not sure why it doesn’t work at your end. Did you bookmark it or just add it to your workspace?
