Creating shared Calendar for everyone

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to create a brand new sharable calendar in Lotus Notes so that everyone will be able to view that calendar?

For example, we have 10 employees, and we want to have a seperate and shared calendar in addition to our own calendar, so that we can arrange meetings in that shared calendar.

Is this possible? If so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can create your own by modifying a mail file and using it for calendars.

You can invest in Department Calendar by LogicSprings.
