Creating Reservations in the Past

Our executives want to have the ability to create a reservation in the past within the Resource Reservations database. It will allow them to do it, but does not show up in any of the views except the private ‘My Reservations’ view. Our CFO wants to be able to track the usage of one of our conference centers for tax purposes. They’re concerned that someone may forget to reserve it. They need the ability to go back and add it at a later date.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
