Creating PMR

Has anybody else noticed that the call center for the creation of PMR has been relocated to India?The past 6 PMRs that I have opened, have all been created by the India call center. Now it take 10 times longer to create a PMR since they have no idea what they are talking about and then I usually get handed of to the wrong group for support.

Is it just me or is support really going down hill?

Subject: have you tried the SR web page?

We submit all our PMRs via the web (except Sev-1). We actually have the opposite opinion… Support is getting better.
