Creating LtpaToken

I am trying to create my own LtpaToken from an external system to SSO with our Domino system.

I’ve been following the instructions here:

But I’ve hit a road block.

I am able to do steps 1 & 2, 3-8 just fine, but I have no idea what the 2nd step 2 means.

Where do I find my versioning header information?

Any help would be appreciated.
