Creating folders on delegators account

I have a user who is a PA - she has full delegated access to her directors mailfile, of which she has a local copy - and has created several folders into which she has moved various messages.

Replication of this mailfile is enabled - yet the directors mail client, on his laptop - the folders are not visible, and the messages disappear from the inbox (but are visible in the All Documents view).

Also the colour of the folders created on the PA’s copy of the directors mailfile are not the same as her own mailfile created folders.

Question - How can I/we get the folders created in the directors mailfile copy (on his PA’s PC) onto his own mailfile (on his laptop) - notwithstanding that replication is enabled for on both clients for all mailfiles?

Subject: private folders

It sounds like the PA may have created the folders set as “Private”, which would show a different color. I would create new folders, making sure they are “shared”, perhaps just adding “1” to the foldername. Then move everything from the Widgets folder to the Widgets1 folder. Replicate, and see if that worked. If so, repeat for the remaining folders, then delete the private folders.
