I have a user who is a PA - she has full delegated access to her directors mailfile, of which she has a local copy - and has created several folders into which she has moved various messages.
Replication of this mailfile is enabled - yet the directors mail client, on his laptop - the folders are not visible, and the messages disappear from the inbox (but are visible in the All Documents view).
Also the colour of the folders created on the PA’s copy of the directors mailfile are not the same as her own mailfile created folders.
Question - How can I/we get the folders created in the directors mailfile copy (on his PA’s PC) onto his own mailfile (on his laptop) - notwithstanding that replication is enabled for on both clients for all mailfiles?
