Creating buttons in toolbar that Flag documents

I am trying to customize my toolbars to include an additional shortcut to TOOL | FLAG | ADD or EDIT FLAG.I do not find the command in the proposed list.

one would ask why you need a toolbar button to do this when the action is right there in the mail file action bar? The “flags” are shared actions that are specific to the mail file design. You can see how it works by checking the shared actions in designer.

Thank you for your answer.The “Add or Edit flag …” action opens a dialog box and I would like to create basic shortcuts setting a red, green or white flag without having to go through the dialog. I am an end user without any knowledge about Designer.
