I have users who have the ACL right to “Create private agents”. When they start one, the drop-down box to switch to formula language is grayed out.
I’ve never seen that, but I’ve always had the Designer client installed. Is it limited for them because they don’t have Designer, or is it something else? If something else, is there a workaround?

Answer:Yes, it was the absence of the Designer client that grayed out the drop-down box next to Run in the agent pane. You must have Designer to create anything other than simple action agents (at least with the 6.5.1 client on XP (unless, of course, there’s a configuration option that allows/disallows that)).
