Creating a URL in formula

Hi All,

I’m using the @MailSend function within which I generate a doc link . I need to some how in addition to the doc link generate a URL link so that the user has the client option or the browser option to select when they receieve the email. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this?

Thanks

@MailSend(“”;“”;“”;“Your Subject”;“https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/DateAllThreadedweb/” + @Text(@DocumentUniqueID) + “?OpenDocument”;“”;[IncludeDocLink])

Even you can use field names inside the body parameter.

dbpath := @DbName;url := “http://” + @Name([CN]; dbpath[1]) + “/” + @ReplaceSubstring(dbpath[2]; “\”; “/”) + “/” + “VIEWNAME” + “/” + @Text(@DocumentUniqueID) + “?OpenDocument”;

Then include the url in the @Mailsend. If before the mail is sent the document is open in the correct view then you could replace “VIEWNAME” with @ViewTitle to make it completely dynamic
