Createadministrationprocess + you are not authorized to perform that operation

The function LNNotesSession.createadministrationprocess(&server) is giving an exception as

“you are not authorized to perform that operation”.

I understand the exception. But whar are the access privilages required for the user.

users should have Author access to admin4.nsf

I am a naive to it.

I mean like file->open->DB and then where can i give author access.
