Hi,
I have a few sites using Word as memo editor since release 5.
Today, using release 6.x or 6.5x the Toolbar (former smart icons) are disapearing from the client.
When a user create a new word memo, the toolbar is there. The user fill any or all fields: to, cc, bcc, and subject. Then he moves the cursor to the body of the message. At this point the toolbar changes to word. Up to here is OK. If the user just type a message and send it, no problems.
The problem starts when the user come back to the header of the message. At this point, the toolbar is not there anymore.
To receive the toolbar back it’s very simple, just go to File -Preferences - Toolbar Preferences - OK, and it comes back.
I didn’t found nothing about this, if someone out there had the same issue, and haves a solution, please post it here.
