Create new public keys message for user

A couple of our users are getting the following message:

Create new public keys

Your administrator wants you to generate a new set of public keys for your ID file

If you run with copies of your ID file on more than one system, do not create keys on any of those copies. Instead, copy your ID file to those systems after the new keys have been created.

If you already have created a new set of keys of another copy of your ID file, do not create keys now. Instead, copy the ID file from the system on which you created those keys

There’s a create keys button or cancel button, with suggested strength and method of requesting (either authentication protocol or mail).

Doesn’t matter whether they create keys and by which method, this dialog pops up every half an hour.

Any ideas at all? I’m stumped by this, not really an admin but do admin for the company

Cheers

Dan

Subject: it about keyrollover setted in policy, and applied as well

just check policy synopsis for affected user

Subject: And if you upgrade to 8.5 and use the Notes ID vault, you’ll never see that message again
