Create button in a notifiscation memo

Dear All,

I need to create approval button which will be sent embedded into a notification mail, and this button will run an agent to approve/decline some workflow process.

Any help will greatly appreciated.

The only way that I have found to do this (well, I just chose the easiest) was to create a form which contains the pre-programmed button.

Then, when I create the notification message (I assume you are using script), I simply set the “Form” field when I create the message document, and include the form with the “Send” command (e.g. Call doc.Send( True, recipients ) ).
